Well in my case its work work work actually My parents might go on vacation, so a houseparty wouldn't be wrong right ;D But as you know NLOC Party might kick in around september, so I might be part of that On Wensday, *(NL)* *OC HSV*, *(NL)* *OC Master* and me we went on the lake and we were sailing trough canals with the nice weather. Today I could even sit in the garden under a sunshade with a notebook on my lap. So that's already a vacation to me So what did you guys do, or maybe any special plans comming up this summer? Maybe "Springbreak"??

Depending if it works out with the woman i'm seeing now,it could be i'm going with my ex-gf to pretoria,South-Africa.And also if i could manage my fear of flying. Aah Ren (I hope your date or your ex doesn’t read this, but) the way you said it, I can tell that the woman you are dating now has less than 49% chance. Because : 1. You leave an option open to go on vacation, rather the spending time with your date. 2. You are going with you EX (nota bene) 3. You’re even willing to overcome your fear of flying I know its not my business to talk about it, but I want to test/improve my discernment, if I may. (feel free to remove/edit this post when the content/topic is too private for public)My guess is that your Ex invited you for the trip, and it was not your suggestion. Because this is more of a girls thing, meaning that she still care for you or still have feelings (consciously or unconsciously). And because you said it in the second sentence So be alarmed if:1. She is talking about the issue you 2 broke up about. 2. Now, if it has only been a short time since the separation, then she will know that you are dating. But that won’t affect her feelings, or will even make her jealous. But because you two have history together the barrier is still just an illusion. But be alarmed when she is sneakily talking about the good times when you two were together. And be careful because, we men are visual, so she could warm you up in that way. Because by fixing this 2 things, it can be the formula for your ex to win you back. Tips when you are dating you dateWhen your ex pops in the conversation and you want to prove your date you don’t love her anymore: Tell her how you really feel about your ex and why you're no longer romantically involved. Don't ever lie to your date (not good for the future time), however one of those questions it's best not to answer totally honestly is "do you still think about your ex?" If you have fond memories, don't dwell on them, and assure date that while you occasionally remember places you went or things that happened, you are so much happier to be with her(, if you date her a little longer). Period. Don't launch into a rehashing of the old days with the ex, or talk at length about the good times you had together or things you did together. (In all above, correct me if I am wrong Tips for your fear of flying:1. Turbulence may feel uncomfortable, but it is normal.People often misunderstand turbulence. When encountering turbulence, nervous passengers feel the plane is "falling" out of the sky. It is natural for them to only feel the "down" bumps. But for every "down" there is an "up" bump. The "downs" are just more easily noticed. Next time you are driving on a bumpy road, imagine you are a passenger on a plane and how you would consider it to be "bad" turbulence. Now take a look at the road. How big are the bumps on the roadway to create the rough ride? The air is usually very smooth. But sometimes some small ripples can make it feel like "bad" turbulence! 2. The plane is strong, stable, reliable, and well maintained. The FAA mandates that modern jet aircraft are designed and built with large safety margins. All aircraft and their equipment are built from FAA approved designs and manufactured under FAA approved systems. Coming out of the factory, the planes are thoroughly flight tested before certification by the FAA. Structurally, these aircraft can withstand many times the stresses and forces which can be imposed upon them in flight. Remember, airplanes are MEANT to be in the air. That’s where they’re happiest! 3. Trust the well trained and experienced crew. When you board the plane mention to the flight attendants that sometimes you get a little nervous about flying, and ask if you may visit with the pilots. This is very important! The pilots are happy to have visitors, the flight attendants know this. You might be surprised at how receptive the pilots will be. Ask questions and mention your nervousness, they will understand and reassure you. The pilot's confidence is contagious. Now you have a friend up front who knows and cares about you! But remember, visits to the cockpit can ONLY be made on the ground, not during taxi or in flight. From FAA Personnel, to Air Traffic Controllers, to Aircraft Mechanics, to the Flight Crew, there is no industry in the world with better trained, tested, skilled, and motivated professionals than the people in the airline industry. 4. Trust the airline industry. The FAA insures your safe and secure flying experience by monitoring, inspecting, drug testing, and certifying the people who work in safety related areas of aviation. Aviation is "black and white". There are no "maybes". Either it is 100% safe, or we don't do it. You may have heard the saying, "Safety is no accident". Each worker takes pride in his or her own work and keeps an eye on others. Because we understand the importance of our work on the safety of others, we will not tolerate anything less than perfection! 5. Flying is routine, here's proof. Many people take comfort in going to the local airport to watch all the planes takeoff and land. After a while you begin to see that the flight operations are indeed routine. Others like to study the ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE monitors in the airport terminal to see just how many flights operate safely. Did you know that worldwide nearly 3 million passengers fly every day? 6. Positive Thinking.Always try to keep your thoughts in the present. Keep your thoughts positive. When you catch yourself thinking negatively, stop, and concentrate on the positive. Many people dwell on what might happen instead of what is happening. It can be easy to play a "disaster movie" in your mind and you are the in the starring role! When you catch yourself starting the production of one of these imaginary "disaster movies" turn off the projector. Try to occupy your mind with something more constructive. Read, do a puzzle, strike up a conversation. 7. Tense Your Muscles.Be aware of your body. When you feel muscles that are tense or tight, you can relax them. Instead of fighting the tightness, show your muscles whose boss! You tense your muscles! You take control! Go ahead and tighten your stomach muscles or your leg muscles. Then pause and let go. You will be surprised at how your muscles feel warm and relaxed, and you once again feel in control. 8. Overactive Imagination.Quite often people who have a fear of flying also have a strong or overactive imagination. For example, they might hear an unfamiliar noise during the flight, and begin imagining what might be wrong with the plane to cause this noise. Or, they may believe in "signs" or "premonitions" that their plane will crash. For example, they might have a dream, or hear a song on the radio about a plane crash. Odds are, you are not psychic! Remind yourself of this fact, and focus on reality. 9. How to deal with nervous feelings. When you feel afraid, your breathing quickens and your heart races. To calm yourself, first push your stomach outward. Take a slow, deep breath through your nose. Try to fill your lungs from the bottom up. Pause, and then exhale slowly. Do this a couple of times and you'll feel much better. Practice your controlled breathing whenever you can. Try it whenever you feel tense. Slow, deep breathing is the easiest and most effective method for calming yourself. 10. Even if you feel panicky, it cannot hurt you or cause you to lose control.Remember that fear is a normal reaction to a perceived threat. Once you learn the threat really isn't dangerous, the fear naturally goes away. Fear itself is not harmful, it is meant to protect us. A panic attack will not make you have a heart attack, faint, or lose control. That is how we are programmed. Fear acts as our defense mechanism. It prepares us to fight or flee. WOW,Berthy's going all psychological on my ass!!!
Yes,she's my ex but she's also a close friend.I only date women who i know for a few years and i also never broke up in a fight before.I have a good relation with all my exes. And if it doesn't work with Lia(women who im dating now),i know i gained atleast a closer friend,so no loss for both.Thats the benefit of dating only when you know each other.
I dont care who it is im goig to South-Africa with, aslong as im going there. I'm all in to politics and when its one of your ambitions, then you always have to go to South Africa once.
My fear of flying isn't the flying itself.I know all the fysics behind flying (drag, trust, lift) so i know they work.I only fear the capitalistic approach company's have towards their product.

Ha ha Ren cool to hear Lia sounds like a nice girl, in the way you’re already considering her as a close friend and maybe more. I never dated a close friend before, in fear of losing the relationship I have with her. But after reading your explanation I can see the low barrier you actually have in such, and its actually practical. Ah so South-Africa is a place you’d like to be anyway Well I have to admit, is pretty special also political seen. The last decade it went on revolutionary changes. Such as “apartheid” the system of racial segregation. But I don’t think I have to tell you that Above that it’s a very cool country for the holidays. The culture, the rich fauna, Capetown, the wildlife, extensive savannas.. They look really amazing. And I always wondered how a real safari would be like Ahh, so now I understand what you mean by “fear of flying”. Try to fly with an airline company from Belgium and not the airline company of South-Africa!! But sometimes I know you don’t have a choice when you have to change from planes. I one’s experienced that from Singapore to Jakarta. We flew with the airline Garuda from Indonesia and not from KLM (Holland), because my aunt works there and she could arrange some nice discount. But it was a nightmare!! 1. The flight delayed because there was some problem with the engine. 2. We had to fly on with a back-up plane because they couldn’t fix it. 3. Because of the time crisis and it was a back-up plane (and the warm weather) the food and drinks was worthless, its latterly going to make you sick!! 4. And you can feel it’s an older plane, when it enters some Turbulence, everything cracks and sh*t.. It really made me uncomfortable. But maybe because of the delay and jetlag I saw everything in a negative perspective. But no more Garuda me!! KLM FTW!! But anyway I survived So I guess you don't have to be afraid

Ha ha lol Koedie! Yeah I sometimes get carried away in my writings. And I write/talk ALOT!! I even used to make whole websites with large articles for friends, just to express how the day was I experienced Bizarre actually, ask HSV or Master! But I don't do that any more tho, just because of the time that flies when you getting older, and there is still so much to do!! But you're afraid to fly as well huh.. and your solution is to be sedated?? Ha ha omg ;D I hope you're kidding!! Or you must really trust your travel partner(s)!! I mean they could do everything to you while you're unconscious
