I saw this once in my street to.Not entirely the same, but also a cat showing emotion bout a dead friend. Were 2 cats, always togheter, that lived in my street somewhere.Gave them every night some milk and food. At nighttime, one of the cats get hit by a car and died. The other sat for hours by the his friend and cried almost all night.Next day i burried the cat in my garden. For several weeks the cat came back to the exact place where i burried his friend to cry.Till one day he/she didn't came back.
I have 3 cats myself.Cant imaging what i would do when they would dy.For now i make myself believe that they will live forever. Will post some pics of them. One of them was a straycat to.Took her in house and now she never leaves my side.Where I am,she is to.

Woow that's a very toughing story.. I'd really would love to she those cats of yours Its good to hear you take such good care of them as in berrying the passed away street cat and that you have taken care one of you own. Animal's/pets are actually similar to us tho, they care and feel the emotions like we do.. I have seen a lot of amazing/touching video's on the internet tho.. Like this one: You can see that the cat really missed the owner and even sounded like (s)he cried of happiness. This cat for example, is so protective protective over that little girl: And this one thought the babysitter a lesson, when the cat heared that the baby cried: I don't have pets myself tho... but when I was I kid I had a parakeet: And 2 rabbits: Received them for my 8th birthday.. but after some months we discovered that I was allergic for them.. but that didn't kept me away from them.. I took care of them till there weren't there any more.. and it was some happy years... I got a lot of pictures taken with them Hopefully I could have a pet of my own someday again...
